Life in Switzerland has a lot going for it. But living far from your language, your family and your way of seeing things also weighs on you, even when everything looks fine from the outside.
I'm Beatriz Pérez, a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist. I live in the Canton of Vaud and work online with Spanish- and English-speaking people all over Switzerland. Wherever you live, from Geneva to Zurich, all you need is an internet connection and a quiet moment.
Why in your own language
You may get by perfectly well in French or German and still notice that what really matters comes out better in your own language. When you talk about what hurts, you don't want to be searching for words or translating what you feel. Or explaining where you come from before anyone understands you.
How I can help
- Anxiety, stress and panic attacks
- Depression and sadness
- Burnout and exhaustion
- ADHD in adults
- Migration grief and settling into life in Switzerland
- Motherhood and postpartum far from home
- Parental burnout
- Self-esteem, relationships, loss and life changes
How it works
We start with a free 30-minute first session to get to know each other and see if we're a good fit. If you decide to continue, sessions last 60 minutes and take place by video call on Google Meet, from home and with no travel. We find a time that works for you.
Fees
- First session: free, 30 minutes
- Sessions: CHF 75, 60 minutes
Sessions are paid privately and are not covered by basic health insurance (LAMal/KVG).
